If your bank is connected to the SEPA Instant system and the money arrives within 5 minutes, the transfer will take no more than 24 hours. If your bank uses the old SEPA technology, the transfer can take up to 5 business days, depending on the day of sending (on weekdays faster).

The fee is included in the exchange rate, you do not pay additional fees from our side, there may be fees from the banks.

Usually transfers are done instantly or within 1 hour, but there can be delays of up to 24 hours.

Conversion on the card will depend on the bank that issued it. At the moment we have cards of two banks, and they are Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan and Bakai Bank, you can see the currency conversion rate on their website.

The standard currency is Kyrgyz Som. You can also get a card in euros or U.S. dollars.

A physical card you can use without any restrictions, withdraw money from any ATM, pay using it, you can link it to Google Pay and pay with your cell phone. With a virtual card you can pay for services and goods abroad, use it on the Internet and also link it to Google Pay and pay in stores.

The card is issued for 3-5 years and will be valid for you as long as you pay the monthly service fee.
